Leaks Demonstrate a 6GB Radeon RX 6700 non-XT Version is Official

In the face of present worldwide ion shortages, downsizing the memory capability of several models is a wise move. At the end of this lineup, a lot of the 12GB memory capacity will probably be wasted, especially in reduced resolutions where AMD’s Infinity Cache is rendered unnecessary. So the non-XT version should undercut this particular memory surplus, and supply 1080p players with a few additional entry-level specs to perform. That’s if sellers can manage to keep up with needs when they finally reach the marketplace.

Press shots of this PowerColor Radeon RX 6700 Fighter cards are leaked, meaning it was not only a speculative listing. A cut-down variant of the RT 6700 XT with only 6GB of GDDR6 memory will probably be coming outside, alongside 12GB variations, probably all constructed around the very same SKU. Because of these low-end versions coming with the exact same cooling system as the XT version, we anticipate these are only dwarfed variations of this 7nm Navi 22 located at the RX 6700 XT.

Back in February seen a list for its Radeon RX 6700 with half of the VRAM of its XT counterpart. This came together with four different 6GB versions, and 12GB variations, to boot. There has been no word yet as to if these cards are rolling out however, having only been leaked, it is safe to say it will be some time until they hit the shelves.
